A credit card is required at the time of reservation. Minimum deposit or $50 per day for sleeping only cabins; and $100 per day for all other cabins. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. Please make personal checks payable to: �New Earth �
CANCELLATIONS:
Deposit is refunded upon a 6-week notice in advance, prior to your scheduled arrival, less a $100 service charge per cabin booked. Less than 6 weeks notice of cancellation or changes in your reservation will result in the loss of your deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy. For groups of three or more cabins, deposit is refunded upon an 8-week notice in advance, prior to your scheduled arrival, less a $100 service charge per cabin booked. Less than 8 weeks notice of cancellation or changes in your reservation will result in the loss of your full deposit.
Cancellations of less than 2 weeks are subject to full payment of said cancelled reservations and credit card will be charged accordingly.

Dog Policy
Dogs have a wonderful time at Packer Lake and we are pleased to share the area with them. In order to make all guests and dogs feel comfortable, the following rules must be observed. Failure to follow them may result in your dog being sent home during your stay or not being invited back the following year. Limit 2 dogs per cabin.
Your dog may not:

be aggressive to people ever.

be aggressive to dogs.

disturb others with noise, barking or intrusions.

damage or destroy Packer Lake property. Cabin interiors must be cleaned of dog hair & sliding glass doors washed. No sleeping on beds and couches. Bring a blanket to cover any areas the dog lays in.

roam freely. It must always be in sight, under voice control and a leash used where necessary.
Your must clean after your dog at all times
Please let us know when you are making your reservation if you will be bringing a pet. $25 per pet, per day. Weekly rate $75 per dog. Guests are expected to follow guidelines provided by the lodge and will sign a pet policy form upon securing reservations.. NO PETS IN LODGE.
